Appointment Policy


Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, allowing you time to use the restroom, hydrate and settle in for your treatment time.

If for any reason you are running late for your appointment time, if you are able to, please call the clinic or myself to inform of your estimated arrival time.

Cancellation Policy


There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel less than 24-hours prior to your appointment time, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged in full for the booked appointment.

Privacy Policy


Your personal information is collected and kept in digital form only.  This is done within a software system, Jane, a secure site that stores information on Canadian servers only, in accordance to Canada's privacy legislation.

This is standard for healthcare practitioners.
As healthcare practitioners, we are governed by the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA), and provincial legislation applicable to health professionals. See Health Professions and Occupations Act & Regulations. 

The Health Care (Consent) and Care Facility (Admission) Act and Personal Information Protection Actalso apply to RMTs.   

The College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC sets standards of professional practice for registered massage therapists with their Bylaws, Code of Ethics, and Standards of Practice. 

Professionalism Policy


Jennifer Welsh RMT is strictly professional and non-sexual.
Any non-professional and non-therapeutic actions by a client towards the RMT will lead to treatment ending immediately and will be considered a reportable offence to the RCMP.
